Villas avec des luxes au Baie de Kvarner

Vorab hier geht es um die Bewertung der Villa und die läßt keine Wünsche offen. Toller Außenbereich, tolle SZ, toller Wohnbereich und tolles Kellergeschoss. Der Pool war beheizt, so dass wir Ende Oktober noch schwimmen konnten. Leider war es um die Villa herum sehr langweilig und man brauchte immer das Auto. Allerdings war auf der Insel selbst Alles zu ruhig. Es war aber Nebensaison!

We had a great stay at this spacious and well-appointed home. The house was immaculate, and everything we needed was provided. There’s truly nothing to fault in terms of comfort and amenities. The owners were friendly and quick to assist when we requested the pool heating to be turned on, which we appreciated. The location is central within the village of Lakmartin, which means the property is close to the road, and there are neighboring houses nearby. This is something to consider if you're looking for complete seclusion. One thing to note is that while the house offers a charcoal grill, charcoal itself was not provided, and we were asked to purchase it. Given the high standard of the property, this felt like an odd policy. Lastly, a small suggestion: the dining table is covered with transparent plastic to protect the wooden surface from stains. While practical, it detracts from the overall aesthetic. Oiling the wood with a a a protective finish would be a more elegant solution.
